Dentist in St Ann's Square , Manchester City Centre

  Having not visited a dentist for quite some time I went to a local dentist to have some cosmetic work done on some crowns, my teeth and gums were in a far worse state than I had imagined two of my front teeth were dead and needed root filling the dentist tried to do this however was unable to succeed in root filling them successfully, the end result was I was to loose two of my front teeth and would need dentures,

A friend suggested I get a second opinion and recommended his dentist Dan, one of the best bits of advice I have ever had, Dan managed to root fill both teeth successfully saving me from a premature set of dentures And also with the regular hygienist visits made my gums and teeth became far more healthy, I have never had a dentist work so hard to save my teeth and his attitude professionalism are second to none.

Dan then set about the cosmetics, I first had 12 of my front teeth crowned at the age of 14 to hide tetracycline staining, and they were never a good set of crowns, and over the years had been replaced one by one as they broke. Dan replaced all my crowns with porcelain and mad my teeth look so much better for the first time in my life I had a set of teeth which looked really good , I feel confident with them and don't feet self conscious about my teeth any longer , the only regret I have is that I hadn't met a dentist like Dan years ago. I feel so lucky that I found someone who cares so much for both his patients and the work he does, and in my case having found Dan going to the dentist was a pleasure from my initial expectations of losing my teeth to ending up with a perfect set of healthy teeth I cannot thank him enough.

  I have had 3 specialist treatments with Daniel to date and have been delighted with the service! As soon as I entered the City Centre Dental Surgery I could feel how relaxed the atmosphere was. The staff were very helpful, friendly and patient. During my visits, Daniel put me totally at ease, explaining what could be done and what was happening at each stage of the procedure and would answer any questions. I was also given choices about how the procedure could be carried out. My comfort during the treatments was paramount and although it appeared that he was using the dental drill, I felt no discomfort whatsoever! It was also helpful to be given aftercare advice to minimise sensitivity. I had complete confidence in him. Although I'm a very relaxed patient anyway, his friendly manner and the way he explained what stage the treatment was at and when it was nearly done were helpful. It was also very nice having soothing music playing in the background and a great film to watch during treatment. I almost forgot where I was, I was that relaxed! On my first visit I was especially pleased as I was unaware some of my treatment had been carried out as I hadn't felt a thing! Although I was only initially going to Daniel for specialist treatment, I am now very happy to have him as my regular dentist aswell.

  I was recommended by word of mouth to see Daniel Sutcliffe, as I wanted all my amalgam fillings replaced with white ones . The set up was very professional, friendly and state of the art. He highlighted that many of the filling were cracked which would cause me dental issues and I had alot of amalgam in my mouth! Over 4 appointments he successfully removed and replaced my fillings. The aftercare was great. I was surprised I had no soreness considering the amount of work I needed. Its been several months now my oral problems have all gone and my teeth look miles better.

  For several years I had been considering replacing my many amalgam fillings. I made an appointment at his practice and arrived to a friendly welcome, very reassuring. Soon I was greeted by Daniel's assistant and we went into his surgery. My first appointment was a consultation to assess the fillings, find our how many I wanted replacing, talk me through the proceedure and of course discuss the cost. After this initial meeting I knew from the comfortable atmosphere that I would go ahead with the treatment. Of course removal of amalgam fillings must be done carefully and precisely to reduce the side effects of their removal and it was for this reason that I came to see Mr Sutcliffe. Four visits followed over several weeks, each visit lasting one hour. At each visit Daniel took time to discuss what he would be doing and to ask if I had any questions. During the treatment he reassured me frequently that it was going to plan,checked that I was comfortable and told me what part of the proceedure was happening. At any time if I needed a break I knew I could ask.

The results are amazing and I am now the proud owner of a mouth full of beautiful white fillings.

  When I began to have episodes of severe dental pain in the early summer of 2010, I went to see my regular dentist, who after a check up and X rays, could find nothing to account for the worsening pain I was experiencing. Things got so bad that at one point I went back three times in one week, only to be sent away each time, no further forward. My suggestion of a possible abscess was dismissed, as nothing had apparently shown up on the X rays. I began to think I was going mad and I'm sure the staff at the dental surgery thought I was just a crazy woman with imaginary pain!

  I found Daniel's dental practice on the internet when searching for a holistic dentist in Manchester. At the time, I was in need of some major dental work for five filling replacements. Not being a fan of going through these types of procedures, I felt quite nervous about it. After meeting Daniel for my first consultation, he alleviated all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable with his approach.
